1959:   Mr. Carlos Oliver and Mr. Ignacio Batlle decided to share their knowledge and join their endeavours to found a machinery manufacturing company called OLIVER Y BATLLE S.A.

On those days, the company owned just a small workshop where only discontinuous Ball Mills for the Paint industry.

1960: Participation at the first Chemical Engineering Expiation in Spain, EXPOQUIMIA, wich took place in Barcelona.

1961: the original premises became insufficient and a new building encompassing two workshops and offices, was built up also in Badalona. As of this moment, OLIVER Y BATLLE S.A. was capable of manufacturing ' big-size' machinery and installations.

Agreements with reputable international companies were signed, so the range of products offered, places in forefront with the World Technology of that period.

1964: O+B exhibits again in EXPOQUIMIA showing a manufacturing program that lays the foundation of the current one.

1966: Beginning of the product promotion in the international markets, a participation which has been progressively increasing over the years.  Currently, the company is present in over 150 countries on the five continents.

1982:  the workshops in central Badalona become, once again, too small and the Company started the building-up of the present premises, which was carried out in three stages. The manufacturing range was enlarged, covering also the study and supply of complete plants.

1991: Export significant development in the creation of a sales company and Technical Service in Russia and a network of agents in the former east bloc countries.

1992: Creating a branch in France and later in England.

1994: Purchase of the assets of the company brand Talleres Miralles, specialized in the design of machinery for the manufacturing of Inks, Adhesives, Sealants and chemical products of very high viscosity.

2000:  Purchase of the assets of the company brand Ateleirs SUSSMEYER in Belgium and and expanding the network of agents in North Europe and Asia.

2009: Purchase of the company PMN Inudstri of Dennmark, specialized on the palletising cells design for the Paint Industry

2012: Transfer of design and manufacturing palletising cell from Denmark to Spain. Establishment of a development department and technical assistance in software.
